Additional users for the company can ONLY be registered by the company itself.


Additional user registration consists of 3 steps:  1. User data • 2. E-mail settings • 3. Finish


Step 1 : User data


• In the first step of additional user registration it is necessary to enter the company key, which was provided with the registration confirmation letter of company with the first user.




• Please fill in all the necessary fields (marked with *), and any optional fields.

• When You are satisfied with the information provided, press „continue“


Step 2 : E-mail settings


In this part You can set the additional services that You are willing to use.

1. You can receive all or selected offers from the CargoTC.com system directly to your email inbox – thus You will not need to connect to the site to search for cargo that interests You. An offer which suits Your preferences will go to Your inbox within a couple of minutes. Simple, fast and useful!

2. You can also interact with other CargoTC.com users by using the CargoTC.com E-mail service.

1.  Sending offers from the CargoTC.com system to Your email inbox


The first step in this window is to set whether You would like to automatically receive offers from the CargoTC.com system directly to Your email inbox, or would You prefer to search for offers by connecting to the CargoTC.com site.

• If You are willing to filter the offers which to receive, You might want to set Your filters later, so You could decide what exactly interests and is useful to You.

• If You are willing to receive all offers from the CargoTC.com system, select it and proceed to the next step.

After the registration confirmation, You can set Your personal filters by logging into www.cargotc.com with Your Username and Password and going to the Member area and choosing My settings → My filters.


2. CargoTC.com E-mail service

CargoTC.com allows its users to interact with each other. This means that You can send informational letters (e.g. queues at the Russian border, non-paying customers, etc.) directly from your email account to other users, who have subscribed to this service, and receive information from others.

Important: These messages DO NOT go to CargoTC.com site! Thus cargo and transport offers should be placed when connected to the CargoTC.com site.

Email addresses, which are used to send/receive messages from CargoTC.com users, are divided accordingly to the language used. Please note that You must write in the language, which is used by the recipients of a certain address.

CargoTC.com E-mail addresses are:

ctclt@cargotc.com – Lithuanian language address;

ctcru@cargotc.com – Russian language address;

ctcen@cargotc.com – English language address;

ctcde@cargotc.com – German language address;

ctcpl@cargotc.com – Polish language address.


• So, in the second step if you want,  put the ticks adjacent to the addresses You want to send and receive messages from other CargoTC.com users, who have subscribed to the same service. The amount of choices is unlimited – You can select all addresses.

• You can change these settings by going to the Member area and selecting My settings → My CargoTC.com E-mail.

Step 3: Finish


Congratulations and thank You for becoming a member of CargoTC.com!

You can login and use CargoTC.com Freight Exchange at once. At the same time you'll get an e-mail with login and other additional data.
